what I teach in my private sessions

Having studied & practiced several styles of yoga, pilates and various other movement based activities over the past two decades I pride myself in caring for mixed abilities and accommodate all levels - I equally love working with complete beginners, people in need of rehabilitation, or wanting to improve their general fitness

Upon our first session we can discuss your goals and decide which direction to take, wether you will benefit from pilates, yoga, light weight training or more physio based movements - it usually is all of the above!

One to one are ideal if you have little time to spare, would prefer to move in your own private space, need special attention and work with physical conditions, are recovering from an injury or merely wanting tips on how to balance on your hands & feet (I have spent years teaching handstands and been sober for 18 years)

Prices start at £120 per person for an hour, £100 if you come to my home studio in NW6

Please note that any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full
